Terms and Conditions:
Membership Eligibility: The Beauty Pavilion Membership Program (“the Program”) is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Membership Fee: Membership is stipulated under above items with a minimum period of listed.
Membership Duration: A minimum of x months membership stipulated under specified Memberships. After minimum month(s), Membership will automatically renew.
Renewal and Cancellation: Membership will automatically renew at the end of minimum required period. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining membership term.
Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to a listed services offered by Beauty Pavilion during the membership period, special promotions, and priority access to new products and services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Beauty Pavilion reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time with or without notice.
Communication: Members will receive communication regarding membership updates, promotions, and other relevant information via the contact details provided during sign-up.
Personal Information: Beauty Pavilion will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By joining the Membership Program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information.

Do I need to make a booking when I want to take advantage of the membership benefits?
Yes, you will need to make a booking a day prior to your visit to secure available time slots for the day.
Can I come in before my payment is due?
Yes, you can! We can take the payment for that month on the day you come in.
Is there a lock-in period?
Yes, depending on the membership you choose, each membership has a minimum period and following that period it will be month-to-month.
Can I change the card on file?
Yes. You can call us and update your card details over the phone or alternatively next time you’re in-store.
Can I move between memberships?
Yes, if for whatever reason you want to move up or down memberships one month we can adjust the payments.
If I miss a month do my credits carry over?
Yes, if you miss a month you can redeem the treatment credits the following month. The credits expire after 60 days.
Can I share my membership with someone?
Unfortunatly no, Membership is exclusive to the person that signed up.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months.
